Glen Scott

Scott, English born, was raised in London, and was indoctrinated into playing
music in his father’s church. By the age of nine, he had learned to play Drums and Hammond organ.
He’s one of the most respected and in-demand multi-session
musicians and arrangers in London, and has collaborated with a list of noted songwriter’s and artist’s such as, The Backstreet Boys,Mary J Blidge, James Morrison, Craig David,Buika,Shawn Mendes,Eric Bibb,James Blunt,Ron Sexsmith to name a few.

Glen Scott possesses the spirit and unfettered passion of a quintessential artist. His
stylistic fusion of poetic, thought provoking, and optimistic lyrics, backed by hybridised genres of retro and modern music, harkens comparison to such inspirational
influences as Prince,The Beach Boys,Steely Dan,Peter Gabriel, and Funkedelic (interestingly ONE NATION UNDER A GROOVE was the first album Scott and his brother
bought as boy’s at a junk store in S.London).

Scott’s profoundly spiritual upbringing and his commitment to preserving the great tradition and culture of real music and musicianship, has provided the motivation to fortify his artistry over the years.
